Riggs and Luna

Reading this story is one thing but listening to Patrick Zeller and his Cajun accent brought this to another level. I enjoyed listening to both Patrick and CJ bring this story to life.

A seductively romantic, suspenseful, and invigorating ride to go on with Riggs and Luna. Their connection and chemistry is palpable. I loved that Riggs was this tough, rugged, alpha who had a soft and sweet side to him. I was hooked from the beginning, kept on my toes throughout, but I absolutely loved the ending. Great story!

It’s on there!

While I love the OTT probably never going to happen love and action stories, i also love the realistic, real person stories as well. This is just one of those books that encompasses everything. Think I’ll actually finish this series. Have to say I loved this one. Looking fwd to the next one!

Read the book first

I'm no stranger to sandy and crystals Kings. I have followed this series from book 1 of the Montana chapter. In the book Defy, I think, it's mentioned that Riggs' Cajun accent is not overly pronounced but the voice actor definitely had that accent with his speaking roles. I will mention that I was impressed by the different tones and ability to change his voice for different characters. But when the female voice actor did the voice of Riggs while in Luna's POV it came across sounding Russian a few times.
Otherwise I really enjoyed this. I'm new to audiobooks so I don't have a huge comparison but I enjoyed this.

omg I love this series. I have listed to each book so for several times. I cant wait for the rest of the series to come out in audio. The narrators are fantastic. I have loved all the books from these two authors.

Amazing

I loves this audiobook alot!! I have listened to one other book that was written by Sandy and Crystal and like that one this one did not disappoint at all!! The narration was awesome and it was my time listening to either! Can't wait to listen to Cain.

Story was really cool and fun

Respectful MC love story, really loved the characters, you could really relate to the heart and love put into the story,

What an intense read. Riggs is an Alpha man through and through. Luna bless her heart. She definitely has not had it easy. Her and Riggs are perfect. Loved it. Nova here we come. Can’t wait.

Riggs

The accent was a little much for being born in NO proper. I loved the characters and thought Riggs was absolutely great and believable as the head of the Motorcycle Club. It was a really great change to also have a leading female lead with Luna being deaf! Not all life is perfect and we are all surrounded by people of every challenge. Luna was fantastic and awesome and inspiring.

So much potential

So this felt like a Kings of Retribution Montana chapter knock off. It was 7 1/2 hours of pretty much nothing. The book had a great foundation. But it was the execution that fell flat. I absolutely love the Kings of Retribution Montana chapter books. I’ve relistened to them quite a few times. Like I said, this just felt like a cheap knock off. I’ll probably keep listening when the others are released because I have faith in the authors. Hopefully they are better.

Another thing that bothered me was the accents. They didn’t sound like southern accents. They sounded more like a mix between a Spanish accent and a Russian accent, but not actually being either. It was weird and bothered me the whole book.

This was definitely an insta love book. There was some steam and some action, but compared to the Montana chapter books, it just couldn’t compare.

With all that being said. I’m a big fan of Crystal Daniels and Sandy Alvarez
