Boston Blizzard Series, Book 1

Narrado por: Avery Caris, Jameson Adams

Blaze

I'm at the top of my game—star receiver of the Boston Blizzard, huge new contract, women throwing themselves at me nightly. When I find myself needing some extra help keeping my life together, I don't expect a sexy little firecracker to show up at my doorstep. The kicker? She knows all about my football world. When I overhear her on a phone call talking about how no man in Boston can give her what she needs, I find myself scrambling to figure out how to make her submit to me in more ways than one. But I won't stop with just her body. I want her heart, too.

Mads

From the time I was little, all I've ever wanted to be is a sports journalist. So, when I'm offered my dream internship in a city a thousand miles from home, I pack up my life and head to Beantown. When I find myself working for the city's most famous (and hottest) football player as his new assistant, it takes everything I have to keep my eyes and hands off his abs and remain professional. Especially now that I'm living under his roof and seeing the dirtier side of him that nobody else knows about.

Love this one

CL Rose has become one of my favorite authors, and I’m still obsessed with her debut a year later. The audio is fantastic and the performers nail Blaze and Mads perfectly.

Perfect.

Mads and Blaze are in my ears! I have loved this story from the second I read it on paper, but hearing it just brought it to an entirely different level!

Also the belt scene in audio. I am ☠️☠️

Sports romance with a perfect blend of 💜 and 🔥

If you’re a fan of sports romance that blends sports with 🔥, this book is for you! The audio narration was so well done and it was a perfect blend of storyline, personal development, a man that only has eyes for her, and teases to book 2 just enough that you REALLY want to dive in! Bravo CL ! I can’t wait to dive into your next books!

This football romance is such a cute, swoony & sexy listen!!!

OMG! Why did I wait so long to read C.L. Rose!!!!! I devoured this audio in one sitting!! This book was such a cute, swoony and sexy boss/employee romance with forced proximity, which I LOVE but then it gets into the spice and WOW!! This man finds out what she needs and he learns BD$M for her! It’s a slow burn romance in the beginning with lots of chemistry as their close friendship builds but once that spice hits, it is smoking hot!!!!

📖Mads has a dream to be a sports reporter and moves to Boston for an internship. However, once she arrives she finds out she will need a second job to afford to stay there. Her cousin hooks her up with a personal assistant company and Mads ends up working for the Boston Blizzards quarterback, Blaze.

🎧AUDIO REVIEW:
This book was such an incredibly fun and sexy listen on audio!! It’s a dual narration by Avery Caris and Jameson Adams who were both so easy to listen to and brought the chemistry to life between Mads & Blaze!!!

I love listening to Avery and her upbeat tone immediately had me falling in love with Mads as you can feel the excitement in her voice from the start when Mads got the internship. Throughout the whole book she uses so much expression and feeling in her voice during the performance and takes you on the journey Mads goes through in her professional career and romance with Blaze. Jameson has a deep tone to his voice and matches what I imagine for a pro football player. He was enjoyable to listen to and has a great female voice as well. Overall, this is definitely an audiobook worth listening to and will have you wanting to immediately dive into more of the Boston Blizzards!

sweet & spicy

Love how supportive he was of her career goals. They developed a friendship while fighting their feelings for one another.

Narration was good.
