The relationship that Blaze and Mads is so perfect and I love how easy going they are around each other! The banter and tension between them is hilarious and hot AF! When the spice hits, it definitely HITS! I loved that there was no 3rd act breakup and couldn't get enough of them! Their communication was top tier and I love how trusting they are in each other, especially with exploring kinks! This was a perfect way to kick off the series and I will absolutely be devouring the rest of the series ASAP.

AUDIOBOOK - finally went back to listen to this audio and it did not disappoint! Narrated in dual narration by Avery Caris and Jameson Adams. It was so easy and enjoyable to listen to and they really brought Mads & Blaze to life!

Love this one

CL Rose has become one of my favorite authors, and I’m still obsessed with her debut a year later. The audio is fantastic and the performers nail Blaze and Mads perfectly.

Sports Romance That I Loved

I will start by saying I love this book! I kept putting it off, and when it came out on audio, I just had to give it a listen.
I am so happy I finally got a chance to read / listen, I did follow along for some of the story.

Blaze and Mads are absolute spice and everything nice. Blaze has such a big heart, and I loved it when he showed it. Mads is trying to make it in a man's world, and she rocked it! I loved her dedication to what she wanted to do and the love of the game.

If you need a great sports romance with spicy scenes, then don't look no further. You will fall in love with CL's writing and the way she tells a story. There is not one thing I would change in this book.

Avery Caris and Jameson Adams do such an amazing job bringing this book to life. The way that Jameson read Blaze, I was hooked. And Avery portrayed the perfect Mads. I couldn't get enough of these two together.

Blaze is ELITE MMC material

The way I love them! 😍😍😍😍 we love a man who falls first AND harder. Blaze was the definition of a MAN. Everything he did for Mads was *swoon*. The way he took care of her in every aspect of the word, allowed her to feel comfortable being herself, LEARNING what she likes. Omg. I cannot even. So surprisingly and delightfully spicy 🥵. IMMEDIATELY continuing the series. 4.5/5 stars.

HOT is Right!

Looooooved this audio! Avery Caris and Jameson Adams were so good as Blaze & Mads! It's dual narration, & they did a great job! Loved how they brought some of my favorites to life!

I AM OBSESSED! Give me anything written by CL Rose and I will devour it! Her writing style is so fun, and while she had me cackling (Dia, I love you! haha), she also had me feelings so many emotions along with Madison & Blaze! ALSO, the football parts actually read like how/what you would expect for a NFL player and in game, so I fully appreciate that!

Blaze & Madison have that instant attraction when she shows up as his new assistant as her side gig to her sports reporting internship, but they don't act on it so as to keep things professional. That can only last so long, as they become quick friends and Blaze helps Madison out when she has to find a new place to live. That close proximity is a favorite trope of mine, and they do not disappoint!!! Madison has certain "needs" and Blaze goes above and beyond to give her what she wants and needs!

They are insanely hot, like melting my kindle/airpods hot, & I will never get over them! As hot as they are, Blaze also is the sweetest and loves spoiling Madison, even if she fights him on it. Her birthday? I SWOONED!!!!

I am currently binging all the others in this series again, & I am looking forward to Daddy Tanner in audio! PHEW
