The first part of this 58 minute audio book is simply touting the awesomeness of the authors. Then the chapters keep referring to diagrams which are impossible to also refer to while driving, or washing dishes, or doing anything else other than listening and using the computer at the same time.
The whole 58 minutes could have been summarized in 10 minutes. It is a simple and kind of obvious idea padded into a book length format. I'm really not sure why people are so enamoured of this book.
