lesson learned the hard way that it's easy to lose someone you love when you put business before relationships. I loved it I can't wait to listen to another one of this author's books

Delightful holiday romance!

I enjoyed this delightful holiday romance because of the isolated Montana ranch setting, the wonderful characters and the holiday story that involves lots of holiday baked goods. Nate and Rachel’s friendship slowly evolves into love but it’s a slow burn that kept me entertained just as much as Rachel’s older brother’s protective nature made me laugh. Yes, Ty is overprotective and he treats Rachel like she’s 18 and he generally gets in the way at the most inopportune moments but he’s a great big brother and only wants what’s best for her. You know a brother is devoted when he’ll dress up as an elf to make his sister happy! I listened to the audiobook and I really enjoyed the narration performance of Loretta Rawlins.

Ah, Christmas stories...

A fearful woman, banged up by so-called friends and lovers, leaves Phoenix for a short stay in Wyoming to be with her brother. Enter Nate, check-all-the-boxes ranch owner and cheerleader for her holiday baking business. Add gingerbread, snow, warm fires and a misunderstanding, stir well and your Christmas Romance is served. Sweet as sugar. Also very “G” rated.

Cute clean Christmas story

I love a good Christmas romance and this fit the bill! The older brother is a little excessive in his protectiveness for her age but otherwise very home for the holidays cozy.
