As the hockey league’s star goalie, I live by three simple principles:

1. Keep a pristine image.
2. Work hard on the ice.
3. Don’t piss off the bosses…too much.

I was killing it until a mishap tarnished my image.

Now, management has me cleaning up my reputation and coaching a bunch of kids. And damn, those little punks are growing on me, and so is the program coordinator, Kendra. I’m hell-bent on proving myself, but my attraction to Kendra takes me by complete surprise. Her defenses are up, but I like a good challenge.

Management’s directives are clear: "Kendra is off-limits." But, there's a reason I'm the best. I won’t let anyone stand in the way of what I want.

Loved it!

Tyler and Kendra story was amazing. I loved the banter between them. I also loved how Tyler was alpha male all the way. The Maxwell family is great sticking together and being there for one another. This book is full of steamy romance that it might melt your hands or kindle.

A nice pallet cleanser

I thought that this was a really cure story! I feel like there could have been more angst.... a bigger conflict. It really didn't seem like there was much of one at all. This would be a super great pallet cleanser for someone between dark or emotional romances to take a break from all the craziness. There were some quite funny moments that made me LOL and a decent amount of spice. Narration was great.... Savannah and Jacob are always a favorite for me.

Entertaining

A sweet, entertaining, spicy hockey romance that I definitely enjoyed. The characters were likeable, the story was engaging, and the romance good.

Tyler and Kendra

Oh goodness, Tyler was so much more than I expected him to be. He's sweet, understanding, compassionate and just a wonderful man especially when it comes to Kendra. I absolutely adored going on this charming adventure with them. Fantastic story!

Female narrator not at favorite

Personally I do not like this female narrator, seems a little whiny, which doesn’t match the story/the female leads life experience and how well she handled it
Story a little bland
