It is great getting to all the characters more deeply and unveiling their back stories. Solving the murders had lots of typical Sten twists and turns. Great read!

Another great mystery set in Sweden

I liked the scenery, the narration, the characters who are grappling with personal issues, normal life issues, the way they are affected by the crimes they are investigating.

Gripping small town mystery
Enjoyable and quick read/listen. In a small Swedish town, the police are investigating the murder of a plumber. A parallel POV is that of a young wife whose pastor-husband is secretly abusing her. Takes a while to see where the stories collide but, wow, when it does!!! Bitter sweet ending. Enjoying this new series.
