Brookdale’s heroes are spotlighted in this amazing accounting of stories of the legacy of compassion, service, and innovation of associates of the nation’s largest assisted living and memory care provider. I love Cindy’s candor and her ability to teach how Brookdale’s associates, clients and residents not only survived but thrived during the hardest months of the pandemic because of the leadership shown by those who are featured in this beautifully written account.
