Alot of cringe here. DNF @ 25%
Where to begin. This story starts out okay and quickly goes downhill. From the onset the story wasn't told with actions everything was just stated. All of the dialogue is cheesy and unrealistic. Not a single conversation feels natural.
The insta-love here was completely non believable. He holds her hand one day and the next they're literally explaining their perfect matches and she's dramatically scolding him about how its "gonna take alot more than words". The type of conversation you'd have after a significant period of time dating someone. I've read books where relationships progressed very quickly, many of which I could totally buy into. This, is not one of those stories. There's zero relationship development here. None. At all.
The heroines constant jabs at herself were so frustrating. Lines like "why are you interested in me you could have super models" (paraphrasing) were actually said out loud. eye roll. Few things are worse than a self berating heroine constantly going on about how gorgeous the H is and how unworthy she is physically.
Worst of all; It's so boring! Total snoozefest! I got through a fourth of it and threw in the towel.
