Can Love Bloom Under Forced Circumstances?

This was an interesting story that was packed with emotion as both Zoe and Roark are forced to do things they don't want to. Zoe has lived the last few years of her life working 3 jobs just to keep ahead of bills from her car accident and to care for her ailing grandmother. Roark may live in luxury, but his grandfather's death and subsequent reading of the will states that he and his brothers will only get their inheritance if they are married with a child on the way withing a year. When they literally bump into each other, it sets in motion a series of events that leave them each seeing the other as their way out of their problems. But the road to the HEA is not an easy one, full of bumps and stumbles.
The narrator did a good job with this book bringing all the emotion and characters to life. I would have liked a little more vocal variety in the voices, but overall still a great listen.

All about Grandpa's rules

Loved the narrator doing the voice of Zoe. Its a really good story, It's a believable story line. In this day and age I can see it happening. But what starts off as fake, turned real. Its a funny, sad, lustful, and so much more..Loved the story, the characters and the emotions. Definitely worth the listen.

Enjoyed book & Audio - Simply Fabulous!!!

I read this book when it first came out. When the opportunity to "hear it" came along I could not resist. I remember really being impacted by this on first read. Listening was like visiting an old friend. I listen on my commute and literally was laughing driving down the road. I might have had to use my tissues too.

The characters come to life. The situation is extreme. The emotions come across so strongly. Dive into this book/audio - you will not be disappointed!!

Wonderful read

This is book 1 in the Somewhere, Tx series and is a stand alone book with an wonderful HEA. This is Roark’s book, oldest brother. Could not put it down. Looking forward to book 2 in the series. The Narrator does a wonderful job of bring the characters to life and putting you into the story.

This was an emotional read.

The story is absolutely beautiful. Physically, emotionally scarred woman gets thrown in the life of emotionally scarred business tycoon. It is a rags to riches story & I enjoyed it. The ending was a bit disappointing though, it felt unfinished. Yes it’s a HEA, but I needed an epilogue. 

Sweet Read

Zoey and Roark are so good together. They both have overcome so much in their lives, one well off and one not so much, but they managed to survive. When faced with some hard choices they both make mistakes but grow through them.
I really liked this narrator and love this story with a sweet HEA.

Can't Get You Off My Mind

I enjoyed listening to this book. The story of two people that found out they really needed as h otner. It was like the Prince and the papuer. Dog needed a wife and a baby to secure the the inheritance, but this was also for his brothers as well. Roy finds his happy ending. Every good listening.

Wow what a roller coaster of emotions with this book, This book will have you hooked from the first page! Find out what happens with Zoe and Roark. I loved the story line and loved the characters! The narrator did a awesome job! I recommend as a must read/ listen!!! Cant wait for more books by this author!!!

Excellent

I loved everything about this book. Not only was it an excellent story but the narration was very good also. This story gave me all the feels. I cried and I also laughed. Zoe was a very strong woman. Roark was a very patient man. Their love snuck up on both of them.
