I’m loving this series it’s light and fun with just enough bad guy mystery that it’s a little tense which is what I was looking for

Great story!!

Oh what can I say about book 2?! I did NOT want to hit pause at all! Great story. It kept getting better and better with each chapter. When the book ended I was like "NOOOOO!!!" and actually woke my co-driver up (he thought I almost hit a deer; which I had to tell him yep that was the reason. It had popped out of nowhere and scared me! Had to tell him that instead of telling him my book ended and pissing him off.) I hope that there are more books to this series soon! Great job again to Keri Arthur for such a spellbinding book.

where's the sex scene I enjoyed the story but there was no Romance and it was just not that great when it comes to that part of the story and I've read her type of looks before but come on no Romance!!!!!!!

Great story

I love this series. I seriously hope that Lizzie and Aiden stay together. This is my second time listening to books 1-4 while I was waiting for the others to come out in audio. the reader is fantastic and really brings the characters to life.

This is more like it!

I find that many books whet my appetite in the beginning, but not all the way through. This one is actually entertaining from start to finish.

The universe here is seamless and believable. The main character is consistent and really likable.

I also enjoy the narrator completely. I'm very happy with both the first book and this second in the series.

Great story

Lizzie and Belle are busy running their cafe when evil turns up again in the reservation. They are reluctantly dragged into helping figure out what is going on. Throw in a sexy werewolf or two and you have yourself a fun story.

Binge Listening

I already read the books but have found that I love the narrator so much I’m enjoying listening to them all over again. As I’m binge listening to them, I can’t help but notice that the descriptions of/introductions to characters between books is verbatim or very close to. That said, I can live with it.

I can’t believe how few reviews this has. I love this series.

1. Females generally support each other and aren’t catty for no reason. There aren’t insecure body comparisons or “women hate women for being women” motives.

2. The heroine isn’t stupid. She does make risky choices but there is some reasoning behind it. The whole “I’m going to make dumb choices to prove how independent I am” doesn’t come up.

3. The guy is hot stuff and has some chances to shine without constantly fishing her out of hot water or vice versa. It’s more like a partnership.

4. The storyline makes sense and has some fresh ideas.

Hits all the highlights of a good book for me.
