not exactly terrible but
so the first one was flawed but good this however is a huge step down in my opinion maybe it's a matter of preference but I felt that a lot of the progress that was made in the first book was completely ignored when it comes to character development there's a lot of emotional Bombshells a lot of dithering over decisions and finally a huge mistake in my opinion over Rachel's final decision regarding the soldiers charity oh no not the worst thing ever but kind of killed my interest for the rest of this series
