Beautiful book but the reader was irritating

Loved this book but preferred the reader of Writers & Lovers. This was performed with a weird affect that was irritating and got in the way of the story.

Wonderful characters, a fantastic story arc. I really loved this book and the emotions it drew out of me.

Shredded me

At 60, I’m looking forward at a short life left and thinking back on a long life lived. This book just hit me right on the heart. It captures beautifully the bonds we have with the people to affect us so profoundly. And forces me to think about the reality that sometime soon I will run out of second chances and do-overs.

What a story! What beautiful writing.
