great romance read

I received this book for free for a honest review.  I loved the characters and storyline.  it flowed very well and held together.  The narrator did an excellent job of bringing the characters to life.  reccomend

Jamal is the third book in He Got Me, short novel series. Since they were children, Jamal and Shay have been friends. Being on the same track team and because of the amount spent with each other, they hooked up. However, Jamal is newly married.

This audiobook was entertaining, with good character development. However, I didn't like that there was adultery in the story. Mandy Mays did a great job narrating this audiobook, she has a very pleasant voice.

I was given a free copy of this audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Continuing on this series. The books are so short that it would have been better if it was in one book. Anyway, thanks for the entertainment.

a quick, steamy romance

Jamal and Shay are my favorite couple of this series so far. The baggage they have is real and easy to relate to . Jamal is not happy but comfortable in his marriage. Shay is raising her daughter on her own. When these two start to compete, the pages heat up quick. They have a strong chemistry that is hard to deny. When they got together, it was easy to forget all that they had going on, as they turned the heat up.

Mandy Mays narrated this story well. She has a voice that is easy to listen to. She read at a good pace. I enjoyed her male voice; it was smooth and did not seem forced. Mandy Mays brought this book to life.
