Stellar cast

It took a while to get used to, felt at first that it was a bit hard to follow dialouge when the narrator sounded so much louder on top of of all the background noise. A few chapters in though it became a non-issue and I loved every second. Cast is absolutely perfect!

Almost perfect

Unfortunately, I found the female narrator’s voice wrong in this book and difficult to get used to. While other narrators are fantastic, this one didn’t quite work for me.

Fantastic Performances with Room to Grow in Sound Design.

The cast was exceptional. The only performances I found a bit underwhelming were Snape and Malfoy, but everyone else—from the Dursleys to Hagrid, McGonagall, Quirrell, Dumbledore, and even the child actors—was completely on point.

The sound effects and music were good overall. At times they were slightly loud and clashed a little, but they still added to the experience. The music could play an even bigger role in enhancing the immersion and helping listeners feel each moment more deeply.

I’m eagerly waiting for the next installment to be released.

What a game changer

To have multiple voices and background sounds keep me active in my listening. If all book could be like this I would listen 90 books a year
