Has so much potential! Please make some changes

I’m having a great time with this. The narrator is excellent as are the voice actors. It’s so immersive and fun! My biggest listening complaint is how it was all arranged. When they do the characters (so everyone in quotations in the book) it’s at a different volume (lower) than the main narration. Then there are background effects which end up being louder than the audio. I’m 4 chapters in and there were parts especially in the Dursley house scenes where I couldn’t hear anything being said by the 4 actors due to the effects and lower audio on the voices. If everything would be at the same consistent volume I think this would be perfect
