  • Speaking the Truth and Speaking with Kindness Is Harder Than It Sounds
    Jun 7 2022

In this solo episode I take some time to share some insights from my own practice. These relate to the Buddhist concept of Right Speech including abstaining from false speech, abstaining from slanderous speech, abstaining from harsh speech, and abstaining from idle chatter.

The book that I reference in this episode is a great reference for those interested in Buddhism as a spiritual path or if you just want to explore some of the concepts for personal development. It is called The Noble Eightfold Path by Bhikkhu Bodhi: https://www.amazon.com/Noble-Eightfold-Path-Way-Suffering/dp/192870607X

    Thanks for listening. 🙏

  • How Multiple Past Life Regressions Weave A Bigger Lesson with Jill Schrack ✨
    Nov 3 2021

In this episode, I sit back down with Jill Schrack to discuss past life regressions. Specifically we discuss the four past life regressions I've done so far in detail. We talk about the details of the experience and also the lessons arching through the stories. It's an exciting, deep, and sometimes funny episode.

Jill also happens to be my fiancé, so we recorded this episode in our living room with our dog Max in the background. Check out the HappyYouAreHere.Life blog for some pics of how cute he is. 😉

Find the Past Life Regression videos we talk about and more about Jill's business at https://www.mesmerisehypnosis.com/

Key Points, Summarized by Melville Ai

08:28 Craig Inzana and Jill Schrack discuss past life experiences and how they can help us understand our current life. They also plan to do more episodes discussing different topics related to peak experiences.

12:16 The participant has described how hypnosis and spiritual tools such as light and sound can lead to powerful visuals and a connection to the spiritual realm.

13:59 Past life regressions are a way for people to gain insights into their current life. Craig Inzana's past life regressions led him to learn about lessons he was currently learning in his current life.

17:35 Craig Inzana explains that he holds multiple belief systems in his mind at one time, which can be a little exhausting at times. He uses past life regressions as a way to connect with his subconscious and gain guidance on what he is working on subconsciously.

22:08 Craig Inzana talks about his experiences with addiction and how it felt familiar and how it was hard to get out of. He talks about how he eventually got sober and how it was a much better choice than suicide.

36:46 Craig Inzana remembers a past life in which he was stabbed to death by three men. In this life, he is able to see both the good and the bad that he did in his previous life. After his death, he is taken to a place where he is mentored on how to use his knowledge to help others.

At the same time I'll be interviewing some of the most lovely, interesting people I know. Some previous guests will make a return and you'll meet plenty of new people as well.
