I'm new to this author, but I was really pleased with the book. The ending was perfect and I want to meet my Asher! Great read/listen actually for any age.

Thoughts on this story:

• This was not a book that I really enjoyed, because Isabella, one of the main characters, acted immature most of the time. Because I found her annoying, I did not enjoy the book. It was just OK. However, others might relate to her and enjoy the book.
• I found Asher to have admirable attributes.
• The theme in the book of making a difference through service was honorable. The author directed us to ask God for direction on what we can do to serve others.
• There were Christian themes throughout this story. Christianity was a natural part of the characters' lives.
• This was a clean read and I appreciated that.

Christian Romance

I'm rather stumped on how to review this story. There were parts I really enjoyed. Maybe it is my mind right now or how I perceived the content but here goes. I would be listening to what was happening anticipating the unfolding chapter when the chapter ended and the story moved somewhere or sometime different. For me the story jumped around and more often than not I didn't know what had really happened or why.

The story is profoundly christian, which I enjoyed, but some of the attitudes, motivations & actions of the characters are questionable.

Liz Lovegood did a good job reading the story. Her voice is pleasant and her interpretation consistent.

Very nice Christian love story. It makes me want to fall in love all over again, and preferably with a tall, handsome, amazing man who happens to be a billionaire. :)

A well written and interesting story. This beautiful love story is engaging and kept me entertained page after page. A slow burning love story that is Christian based and inspiring. This sweet clean story has unexpected secrets, faith, humor and inspiration to a good happily ever after. I loved the narration feeling the humor and love with good consistentancy.
