must buy

I really could have used this a couple of years ago, but late is better than never! I consider myself one of the well-intentioned people mentioned in the book that finds themselves caught in a political muddle. Luckily, I think I found the advice in this book just in time to avoid becoming "The Problem."

In depth discussion

This book contains lots of thought provoking insights about procrastination and habits. It also provides a lot of actionable, specific methods and suggested plans for overcoming the bad habits that result in procrastination. There is a lot to digest but very useful information presented.

Love to follow it

The Compound Effect and the Power of Habit and shows you how to apply them in a practical way in your life. whether you require this much thoroughness or whether it suits your particular circumstance because of disability and so forth can only be determined by you. But this guide explains his method very clearly, and as such I found it quite helpful. Thank you!
