The Stories About Stuff series is unique since it tells stories about objects of everyday use (a fork, a pen, a kettle, a candle) or object of nature (a stone, a leaf). Also, unlike most stories for kids, Stories About Stuff take on serious topics: evanescence, alienation, disaffection, estrangement; and make them accessible, educational, and engaging.
Greeny, the Brave Oak Leaf is the first of 12 books in the Stories about Stuff series. My sons, and even my wife, love Greeny’s story the most of all the thousand stories I told them. I hope that your child and you will like them as well.

Loved it. it is a story about a cycle of life, with the main hero being an oak leaf. it is short so it works well as a bedrime story.
