book really touched my soul, as Tara shared such vulnerability in this story of her difficult journey through the hell of cancer, and such profound loss in her life. my grandmother died of breast cancer before I was born, so this gives me a bit of a window into the heart of a woman with this journey in front of her. So inspiring!!

Such a compelling narrative about the author’s journey from hospice with Stage 4 cancer to being declared no evidence of disease. Despite the heavy subject matter, Tara’s optimism proved indestructible and kept me engaged if not fully invested in her story. She’s an inspiration!

Tara tells the story so well in this true story of grace, grit and gratitude. Her writing is impeccable at allowing the reader to learn alongside her on this amazing adventure of healing. My hair stood up in my skin several times as she held me in suspense and astonishment, and she also had me in tears. Her articulate description of events as they unfolded caused me to feel like I was right there with her. It's a miracle that she kept her positive attitude through each trial she endured.
I am truly humbled by the strength of this woman and she further inspires me to Fully Claim my own strength of spirit.

Tara Coyote’s words make everything alright! Every feeling, every experience, every action, every reaction is validation for the listener. Hearing her voice is therapy to anyone on the path with cancer encountering speed bumps that test you and leave you with more questions than answers. Tara’s voice, with her refreshing attitude of gratitude and vulnerability sharing her unfiltered raw emotions, greeted me as a, ‘Been there, done that’ kind of friend. Her voice cracks and my heart cracks in unison because we walk a similar path, yet in reverse. I was a 'yes girl' to each and every protocol and surgery my doctors’ recommended. By the time initial treatment was completed over 10 years ago, I was embracing alternative therapies, as well. Wonderful Book!

Having recently been diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer and told “there’s no hope,” I immediately began searching for the survivors. Tara is one of the first thrivers I came across. I knew I HAD to read/listen to her book and I’m so glad I did! What a beautiful book written by a beautiful soul.
Not only is the book an inspiration but Tara’s voice is therapeutic and relaxing to listen to.

I loved listening and will definitely be recommending this book.
