Publisher's Summary

CEO and alpha werewolf Drake Wilder has given up the search for his one true love. When he discovers that she's a secretary in his company, Drake's primal instincts kick into overdrive. What he wouldn't give to have her fingers rake over his body instead of the keyboard...

Free-spirited bartender Emelia Hudson wants nothing more than to make her Seattle-based bar succeed. But when profits decline, she slips into a dress suit and secures a nine-to-five. After learning that her bar has become property of Wilder Financial, Emelia is determined to get some answers.

Two can play the ruthless business game. If only her attraction to the boss wasn't so intense...

When Drake's twin brother senses that Drake has found his match - and now inherits their father's billion dollar estate - he hatches a plan to take Emelia out. Drake vows to protect her at all costs, but he might have to pay with his own life.

awful

The female character is an idiot. Drake's is a stereotype. Don't waste your time with this book

🌻some👍🏻 and some👎🏻🌻

🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻V from Kansas🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻 This was a new author and new narrator, for me. The narrator did a fine job. The author did an ok job! The book was predictable, definitely had some corney parts but, it also had some unique additions to the werewolf myth. The H and h shared the instant attraction that “fated mates”, usually do but then the author threw in some conflict that allowed the couple’s relationship to develop more naturally. There were a few funny line and I did enjoy the overall experience. The author definitely has some talent and I hope she sticks to it and hones her talent!

Really good storyline!

This story literally made me laugh out loud during its lighthearted moments. I really enjoyed it, just wish that the rest of the series was on audible!

it's a great story to get into werewolf fantasie

it's a good story, but it left me wanting more to the story. there's not a lot of conflict, there's not a lot of drama, and I just kind of was left wanting more ummf to the story.

Flat

The pacing was off, the charecters and story were predictable and lacking depth, at one point I thought it might be even worse than a bad book because at least with those I am either still entertained or I quit the book, and with this I just kept feeling bored, even put up to 2x speed, with 1 hour left I stoped because things another review hinted the ending was a cliffhanger.

A truly great audible book.

when I started listening to this book, it kept me intrigued. So intrigued I listened to it while I was at the dentist. It truly is a great book that you don't want to put it down. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Hope she comes out with another like this.

LOVED IT!!

I loved this Story line!! Emelia wants nothing more than to get revenge on the man she thinks is ruining her life! Drake wants nothing more than to get Emelia in his bed!! They both have A lot to learn about trust, love, and what's REALLY important in life!! And like it's not hard enough just between the two of them, Drake's twin brother Silas wants to kill them both!! UGGGG!! Annie Green is a new narrator to me, but I absolutely loved her!! U can't wait to hear more from her!!

Good Read

This was a good book but it left the reader hanging. What happened to Silas? Did Drake really loos all the money? Is there. Part 2?
