I really liked that Ed Rush is the author/reader and that each chapter is easy to understand…very practical and so relatable!

I listened to the free audible ‘God Talks Bonus Content: Guided Audios’ before I listened to the ‘God Talks’ book because…spoiler alert! I have shared this free tool with others as well because it is so easy, real and helpful. No hidden agendas.

This book is easy to understand, especially when learning what is behind recoding my mind and forgiveness.

Wow! Truly!

I just finished listening to God Talks and the content and storyline are amazing! I have listened to thousands of audiobooks and I have to say, the way Ed narrates this book made me feel like I was right there next to him. It was personable, fun, exciting, and extremely engaging. I sincerely mean it when I say it was the most exciting audiobook I have ever listened to. This author is certainly a gifted speaker. Thank you, Ed. This audiobook was a fun listen. It was also very transformational and reminded me I need to spend some more time talking to God. Ed for President!

Inspiring

God Talks is very inspiring. Ed Rush is very entertaining in how he wrote the book. I’m glad I got the audiobook to hear the enthusiasm in his voice.

I Really did talk to God.

Ed thank you for your vulnerability in writing this book. I want to start by saying after reading this book I had the most profound conversation with God that I have ever experienced in my life. I had been working my way through the kindle version of this book and had been loving it. My husband and I had attended a God Talks live event In July of 2022 in Bend. I left "on fire" but life happens and I forgot the process of talking to God in this way and how powerful this could be. When Ed invited me to preview this book, I was very excited because I could have a chance to circle back to the power of the God Talks.

Late at night after a long anxiety-filled day worrying about work, I am a doctor so sometimes it feels like my day is just one really long day. It was 1:15 am and I was wired and fried. I had been reading God Talks and had been praying to God to let me experience the kind of relationship ----the kind of friendship that Ed describes that he has with God. Back to being in a complete anxious meltdown at now 3:15 am. Unable to relax my body I decided to go upstairs and rest in the dark and attempt a God talk. What happened next was mind-blowing. I asked God if he was there and immediately heard a softer, yet different version of my voice in my head say "yes." Ensue freakout.
Long story short I talked to God into the wee-hours in the morning where I finally fell asleep. It was like having a conversation with your best friend, we laughed, we cried, I doubted and he re-assured. I love using the line Ed talks about in Chapter 11 "the more terrified you are of something the more likely it is to happen." I am not sure if he meant it that way, In this case it was scary, and terrifying, but I was held and protected the whole time and am in the awe of the goodness of God.

A brilliant & well written book!

I purchased the physical copy of this book and read it in 5 days! (I'm a slow reader) and now have purchased access to listen to the book. Ed Rush is a Master Influencer and his content is right on target. I am sharing the content of this book with my 15 year old son, as it reinforces how to think and open a dialog with God, and includes an action plan to include the Master Creator of all things seen and unseen, (God). This book and the content is not a "How to get what you want, because you ask God for a free handout?" but more of a "How to Think, Ask, Listen, and Act on your God Given Purpose for your life. Bottom line...How to have a talk with God, and act on that conversation. Thank you Ed Rush for your insight and to publishing a no nonsense context on defining purpose and successfully acting on that purpose that we all possess. The simplicity here in explaining and helping us to be present with God and hear Him talking to us is great! Simply profound how the author shows, and walks us through hearing God. I don't listen to a ton of audio books because I prefer to read. However, this book was filled with such entertaining and powerful stories from Ed's life that were a blast to hear in his own voice. I keep reviewing chapter 7 over, and over, and over. This audio book is a must listen... if you're interested in upgrading your life story!
