WONDERFUL BOOK and SERIES

I LOVED this BOOK and SERIES. I have been waiting for BOOK 3 to come out on audible since I listened to book 1 months ago and I have not been disappointed. hopefully there will be more books by l m Carr. The world needs more love stories. LOVED Adam and Mia! It had lots of suspense that kept me glued to the book and oh those swoon parts!!! with over 200 books in my library, Tracy Marks is one of my favorite narrators. I LOVE every BOOK she reads! However, I am sorry to say, that I didn't like Thomas Donohoe at all. he just sounded old and tired, not like a strong and vivacious 30 yr old. I wish Tracy would have narrated the entire BOOK, like she did BOOK 1. I will be listening to this series again. I look forward to falling into the world of Mia, Adam and family again!

One of the best trilogies I've read!!

The one word that comes to my mind after reading this is "WOW"!!! The whole series is an amazing experience you must read! In "Giving All to You", all the questions you had are answered to the utmost degree. You will be blown away, not just by the answers revealed, but with the book itself! Adam and Mia's journey is incredible, one of a kind, and will twist you all up inside! I can't say enough good things about this book and the series, it is just a ride you must take! In this 3rd installment, you will be on the edge of your seat, flipping pages like crazy, and staying up all night to find out what happens! Mia is one of the strongest female characters I have ever met and Adam!... Oh my, Adam will take your breath away and you will fall in love!!! There are many other amazing characters in this series that will capture you too! Congratulations to L.M. Carr on her first phenomenal series and I can't wait to read more from her!!!

You will not be able to stop listening

Adam Lawson has always lived his life with his children's happiness coming first. But when the darkness of his past makes him walk away from Mia Delaney everyone involved is miserable. Although Mia is heartbroken, Adam left her with something she will always cherish and pushes her to live life again. Can Adam overcome the turmoil he feels to fix everything for his children and himself? Or will even more secrets be revealed to further end the relationship? Wow - I started this audibook and literally could not stop listening. Not only is the listener invested in Mia and Adam bu they also need to see where exactly nut-case Gina goes next. Edge of your seat drama.

Giving All to You

This was a great ending for The Giving Trilogy. Adam and Mia continue to have ups and downs. Sometimes I wanted to tell her to just forgive him already and yell at Adam to forgive himself. Again I won’t go into spoiling the plot but any questions that came up in the first two books are finally answered here with continued twists and turns to keep the pages turning. Mia did drag her feet a bit on finally giving in completely but I liked how everything was all wrapped up in the end. And Mia’s birthday party was perfect.
I enjoyed this series from LM Carr and now I’m looking forward to reading Shane’s duet soon.

Don't know about Adam

Alot of things bothered me about Adam in all 3 books, I know its probably trifle to most, but what really said EVERYTHING was when Dawn picked them up at the airport and several times referred to Mia as the nanny when Adam was present, and he NEVER SAID A WORD to correct her! That just proves his overall feelings and his character, NOT GOOD! Don't know why Mia didn't RIP Adam a new one for not saying anything. I quit listening after that, no matter how it ended, there's NOTHING Adam could do to REDEEM himself

Cliffhanger, not a trilogy

Already reviewed the "trilogy", but the first book was narrated by Tracy Marks and she did a great job. The second book added Thomas Donohoe. Nothing wrong with him as a narrator, but I don't think he was the right narrator for this part.

My Thoughts on Giving All to You

This review is difficult for me to write. I loved the previous books in the series. And while there was a lot I liked in this one as well, there was also some things I struggled with.

I liked the overall story line and that the author continued to provide twists and turns that kept things moving and interesting. But I didn't always like the main characters. Sometimes I felt really bad for Adam because I could tell how sorry he was and it seemed harsh and sometimes unnecessary for everything to be thrown back in his face so many times. Then again, I was able somewhat see where Mia was coming from.

I liked how protective and loving Adam was towards his family, but he ran hot and cold a bit too much. It was things like that which kept me from truly loving this book the way I did the previous stories. But I did really like how it was all wrapped up.

When it came to narrators (since I read and listened to the story at the same time) Tracy Marks was as awesome as usual providing enough distinction for me to enjoy and tell the difference between the different characters. But the male narrator didn't do it for me. He was often too intense and gruff and had a certain tone that just didn't seem to suit what I hoped for with Adam's voice.

All and all I enjoyed the series and would be interested in checking out more by LM Carr but will hope for a different male narrator.

even better listening....

I really enjoyed reading this story but there is something about audiobooks that brings a story to life and makes it more.

That's what these narrators did. Adam and Mia are more than characters- They are more than voices. They have been made real.

My comments on the book still apply:

The conclusion of...well this part of Adam and Mia's story. Rumors are started. Secrets are revealed. Lies are told. Consequences were ignored.

Now every action is being watched and things aren't looking as pretty. Trust and faith are gone in their relationship. Will they survive it?

I had a lot of fun listening and it was L.M. Carr who is responsible for my new found love affair with audio books. Adam and Mia will always be special to me.

Enjoy the end...or at least this chapter in their lives!

Perfect end to this lovely trilogy

Giving all to you is Book 3 in The Giving Trilogy by LM Carr and narrated by Tracy Marks and Thomas Donohoe. This is definitely my favorite of the series and such a beautiful and fitting end to this trilogy. However, it is still full of just as many secrets as the other two books and if I’m honest, I’m not sure all of them 100% made sense to me. I loved Adam and Mia, but sometimes they acted more like high school students with all the secrets and assumptions, then full grown adults, who should be more than capable of having actual conversations. The ending is perfect, and I couldn’t be happier that they all found their happy ending….even if it took a very long time to get there. The narration by Tracy Marks, just as with book 1 and 2, was perfect. I honestly can’t think of one voice she did that I didn’t like. The narration by Thomas Donohoe was also great, but I think I had a harder time adjusting to him, since he wasn’t in book 1.

If you don’t mind cliffhangers, secrets and a love story for the ages, then please, read this entire series. It’s equally beautiful and frustrating at times, but the ending is even sweeter given the tumultuous journey they had to go through to get that well-earned HEA.
