Funny
I liked the southern accent of the narrator. It emphasized the unusual terminology Elle used to describe people and things. The story is good. The age gap between Noah and Elle was a concern for him which is why he was an a$$hole to her to keep her away. So glad they got their HEA.

I honestly loved El so much I wanted more of her story background and personality. Really great book. It is part of a trilogy but I listened to it as a stand alone and didnt feel like I missed out on anything

Elle is a rockstar
I love that Elle begins as meek and then as the story progresses she comes out of her shell as Noah softens and pulls his head out of his butt. I have loved all of Nikki Mays books and this one is no different!! Wonderful ending for the brothers’ trilogy.

Getting the Axe
This is my first book that I have listened to in this series and absolutely loved it! The bickering these two do and the situation with the axe was just perfect. I found myself laughing quite a few times and swooning at the same time. Such a fun listen!

Enjoyed
Good story, good Narration. I was laughing out loud at the axe part. I understood where the author got the name of the Book. I would however recommended reading/listening to them in order. I had not and I found I would o enjoyed the side characters more if i knew their back stories.
