Quick, fun and a little romance!

Another quick and fun listen by Meredith Potts. I love David and Sabrina, and this one is really ear catching with the stabbing of real estate mogul Jake Robinson! Add to that the death of Delilah, the psychic we have gotten to know throughout the series and we have another mystery on our hands. In true Sabrina fashion, we go through a list of characters in search of the murderer. Her technique is less than that of a professional, but her intuitiveness and persistence get the job done. With David by her side, these two will keep Treasure Cove's mysteries solved. I really enjoyed the back story with Jake as well and the little surprise we get at the end of the book! Narrated by Lisa Beacom,I had another entertaining listen.

I must say when this book started with David inviting Sabrina to have dinner in a fancy restaurant my expectations couldn't be farthest than they witnessing a reckoning being brought on Jake Williamson!

And that's not even the case Sabrina is investigating! The real case is Delilah's murder, and it's a tough one. Who would want to kill the nice psychic lady? Apparently, many more people than they thought at first.

This is another great listening, and Lisa Beacom is, as usual, a wonderful voice for the story. And oh, yes! they get their fancy dinner at the end =D

Very enjoyable

This book was very enjoyable. It has a great combination of mystery, suspense and romance. Over all it was a fun listen.

Gelato with a Side of Murder, my seventeenth read/listen from author Meredith Potts, Another cute, well-written & enjoyable clean cozy mystery, my first in this series although this is the eighth book in the series, set in Treasure Cove & featuring the same characters before Sabrina & David were married. I was given an Audible copy of this book & am voluntarily reviewing it. I was impressed and enjoyed the vocal variety & inflections of the narrator. I’m adding the other 10 books in this series to my TBR list. (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).
