This book is very honest and inspirational. Full of great information to help you along your path. You can tell Mr. Roundtree is giving you true and humble advice, rather than trying to sell you on an idea that becoming a CEO is obtainable by anyone and easily. He tells you that it’s hard, time consuming, and not everyone is determined and driven enough to achieve this, but for those who are, it is very rewarding and worth it.
