Repetitiveness ad Nauseum

Extremely repetitive to the point of agony. I sped up the book to 1.5 speed to finish. A few good anecdotes and tips drowning in a sea of fluff and filler. Mercifully short. If this is the author's callling card promising great additional content dont even bother.
