Seems more geared towards children of narcissists. I was looking for info on a former relationship with a narcissist. The audio makes me fall asleep. I don't think whoever is reading it was a good choice. I can't recommend because it was nothing like I thought it would be. The contents explain the more widely known attributes of narcs. Nothing life changing here.
