Publisher's summary

The legends of comedy are back – this time with an even bigger range of in-studio snacks. Dawn and Jennifer once more settle in behind the mic to bring you the fourth series of their smash hit podcast Titting About, armed with a fresh stack of shiny new topics to tit about about.

From ghost hunting to grooming rituals, from unwatchable box sets to unlistenable bird noise, from franglais to faff; Dawn and Jennifer once again leave no stone unturned, and no corner of their lives un-poked, in their quest to ensure they are comprehensively titting about for your listening pleasure.

Produced by Listen Entertainment.

Please note: contains strong language and adult content.

Ep 1: Life Faff

From starting a bird café in their garden to extended distraction fantasies, Dawn and Jennifer discuss the faff in their day-to-day lives. Jennifer dreaming about compromised toilets, Dawn’s adoration of Idris Elba and how to floss your teeth: this episode is an authoritative exploration of life and the complex admin that comes with it.

Ep 2: Embarrassment

From having to read out loud at school to farting during a massage, Dawn and Jennifer take a detailed look at what it means for us to be embarrassed. Falling off a cliff and being too ashamed to ask for help, trying to speak another language and making a faux-pas just before having an operation: this episode is an embarrassment of riches, as we deep dive the pain of being self-conscious.

Ep 3: Showbiz

In this episode, Dawn and Jennifer prove – beyond doubt – that there’s no business like showbusiness. From Jennifer trying to do a consistent Yorkshire accent to Dawn having a Nigel Havers’ constructed martini at the Palladium, this is a encyclopedic celebration of the ‘business’ that we call ‘show’, darling.

Ep 4: Paranormal

In this spooky exploration of the paranormal, can Dawn prove that she has ESP skills by guessing what vegetable Jennifer has drawn? And how did Jennifer get on when she was regressed by a woman with a squeaky voice? Warning: this episode contains a not-very-convincing conversation with a celebrity ghost.

Ep 5: Highs and Lows

This episode looks at Dawn and Jennifer’s dizzying highs and crushing lows. From bad hair days to very weird cream teas, via Jen buying a set of bagpipes and the pair of them talking authoritatively about TV shows they’ve not seen, this is a comic celebration of the ups and (mainly) downs in Dawn and Jen’s lives.

Ep 6: Decades

In this extended final episode of the series, Dawn and Jennifer reflect on a life of titting about, through the lens of each decade they’ve lived in. From falling over roller skating to accepting a Bafta Fellowship purely to gain access to free toilets, come along for a nostalgic trip through Dawn and Jennifer's decades.

Why is this an audiobook instead of a podcast?

Series 1-3 is listed on audible as a podcast and each episode is available for download; why is series 4 an 'audiobook' with all episodes combined into one?

These ladies are so fun and it shows in their candid and funny conversations. The episodes turned into a drinking game as I counted every "honestly", "if I'm being honest", et. al. OY!!!!

Made me laugh so much I forgot to be ill

I was feeling so ill in the night I couldn’t sleep and when I discovered there was a new series of Titting About I rejoiced. I put it on through my earphones and rocked the bed with laughter so much that I stopped feeling ill and was able to sleep! Miracle cure ladies thank you!

I wish I was part of their true friends.

They are just friendship goals!
It is very clear to hear, that they are like a self selected family member to each other. This is one of my absolute favourite podcasts, because it brings me so much joy to listen to them.
They inspire me a lot.

I Laughed So Hard I Actually Peed My Pants!

Honestly!!! Talk about Embarrassing Moments. Fortunately I was alone but still it's a reminder that we have to take time off for fun while we still can.

I was listening to EP 1 while I was laying in bed & it's truly been years since I have actually laughed out loud the kind that you can't catch your breath & by EP 2 I Honestly had to relocate to my bathroom where I was free to enjoy without embarrassment.

I have adored French & Saunders since the 1980 and this is such a treat.
I admit it, I am a woman of a certain age so its not exactly an uncommon situation. That said, it's very uncommon to laugh out loud and connect with the subject matter or experience shared in the series.

This series left me laughing as they touch on those truths that either we all think underneath or have personally done. "Pretending To Have Watched A Popular Show..." Haven't we all done the same but never let on? F&S recognize the humor in our everyday experiences and I'm so happy that they are still working hard on sharing theirs with us.

What a gift & a pleasure to have F&S continue to "Tit About". Not much else I would prefer to do than to spend time with these "National Treasures".
Well, Perhaps listening to them on a beach in Bali. Or better yet, actually seeing them perform live. Somewhere along the Cornwall Coast.

Yes, that would be the cure for what ails me. They are the kind of medicine that is a joy to partake in. Hoping for more to be available for my well-being sooner rather than later. As Oliver asked, "please sir, can I have some more?"

Fantastic

This is required. If you’re a fan, it’s a must listen. If you don’t know them. You should listen or get some context first.
Thanks French and Saunders. Love you both! Xoxo
