This should be a requirement for all men of all ages! This book literally lays a foundational outline for every aspect of life a man should direct his energy towards both to and beyond his level of mastery (the best version of himself, or where he wants to be in life). Salut Coach!

SHOUT OUT TO THE COACH GAME FOR BEING IN HERE..
Very easy book to finish and clearly outlined the issues and game plan. Thanks again coach, it brings me great joy to support you and be rewarded with this knowledge in return. I listen to both books at work in two days and enjoyed them thoroughly. I will be leaving the same review on Degeneration. I will add that the narrator on Degeneration did such a great job I would not mind hearing him again in future works if you are too busy to narrate it yourself again. Thanks again for all you do, this book helped a lot during a hard time.

LIFE CHANGING INFORMATION!
Coach pulls no punches with this gem. This book will give you an effective blueprint on thriving as a strong, successful man despite the modern toxic anti-male posturing that is currently dominating western culture.
I've spent many years, tons of energy, and immense effort trying to make a fruitless, one sided relationship work because of the indoctrination I brought into early in my life. The information contained within this book likely saved me a decade of even more completely wasted time, energy and resources.
Coach outlines every step and mindset needed to elevate your life NOW. Its short and to the point. Do yourself a favor and get this book in whatever format you can while you are still able to do so.
