Beginning-WOW but Ending-Not So Sure🤔

The readers did a good job with telling the story. However, when it came to the ending written by the author, I’m not sure if the ending should fit the storing. Part of me does, the other part feels like more should’ve been added. Not a cliffhanger, but more of an unfinished ending.

Ugh, the ending.

I loved the story, but the ending did not go with the story. She didn’t really love Tristen if she moved on so quickly. Callum also wouldn’t have moved on with her, after what happened with Jordan. They also never finalized Callums stuff in the safe. Was the story about Tristen helping Callem or about Jordan? Odd.

Overall a Good Listen

Overall this was a good decent listen. The story held my attention and I found the subject interesting. I think I would put this in the fantasy genre since secret powers is a theme here. And that makes it a read outside of my normal genres.

Phenomenal!

Honestly, I just loved it! The narration is great. The characters seem so genuine in their relationships as brothers, friends, and partners. How they respond to the fantastical elements of the story feels like a natural extension of these very realistic characters, as well. The story kept me hooked all the way through. This story will always have a special place in my heart.

The translation to English is all British

If you can handle Javier being pronounced in French and all dialog being in British English then you'll do ok. It was hard for me to listen to. The story premise is intriguing.
