Great Romantic Suspense!

My favorite sub genre is romantic suspense and when a story can grip me and keep me listening, I am happy. This story did just that! Jagger Scott lost his parents and he raised his younger sister. Now she is off on spring break and has been in a coma due to a serial killer, he goes to her side as his protective big brother and as a detective to find the culprit. Peyton Morgan has been on the trail of a serial killer and now that one of his victims has survived, she rushes for clues. And finds Jagger. Together, this team is a force to be reckoned with. The search has become personal, and it's time to put this killer to rest. As they search for clues, their attraction ignites and it's palpable. I loved the whole premise of this story. It's captivating and full of unexpected twists and turns. The characters are well developed, and the suspense kept me on the edge of my seat. The surprise ending was an original twist! This is my first Tressa Morris Hern book, and now I am a fan and look forward to more of her audio romantic thrillers!

Josh Anderson is a new to me narrator, and I really enjoyed his performance. From singing, speaking French and his array of voices, he brought this story to life. I think his pace is perfect, not too slow and his ability to inflect the tension and the passion is spot on. Hoping to see more of him.

Suspenseful

I did struggle getting into the story a little bit at the beginning but after a few chapters, I was hooked. We get a little bit of romance mixed in this serial killer thriller. There is a surprising twist at the end! I do wish the ending hadn't felt as rushed as it seemed to me, but still enjoyed it. Excellent writing with characters that grew on me by the end.

Great performance, but I did have to slow it down from my usual speed to understand him. His voice is a perfect fit for the main Male character.

Spectacular story!!

This book has it in spades.
I love a good mystery but sprinkle in some romance and I'm hooked! This was a great mystery/suspense novel with an ending I didn't see coming. I thought I had it all figured out in the very beginning but I was wrong.
Wow! I really enjoyed this book. Especially the narration. He did an amazing job on every character. It definitely held my interest and I think it will hold yours also.

Interesting Who-Done-It With A Touch Of Romance

Police procedural that gets into the mind of a serial killer while introducing us to the people tasked with solving the crime. Throw in a little romance and you have an enjoyable Story. Josh Anderson is a "new to me" narrator and he did a good job throughout.

Edge of your seat good!

I really enjoyed this story. Keeps you on the edge of your seat. I love it when you are surprised at the ending.

Awesome Suspense!

Forced Fracture by Tressa Morris Hern is a fantastic listen. It combines romance and suspense into one thrilling listen. I so enjoy it when an author includes twists that I am not expecting. I did not predict the ending in this book! Josh Anderson was a new narrator for me. He exceeded my expectations with his French speaking, the singing, and distinguishable character voices. I thought he was great bringing life to the characters. I will definitely listen to more books by this author and narrator.

Good Mystery.

Good mystery but wanted more at the end. had a little bit of a hard time following the characters with only one narrator and multiple male characters. Overall, I really enjoyed the book.

new for me

Good listen... would have enjoyed it more with duel narration.... but still a good listen I will enjoy the rest of the series.
