Difficult to get into, but a great prequel

I really struggled to get into this through the first half. And as much as I love Peter Kenny's work, I was thinking he was the wrong choice for this book series. I particularly struggled connecting in the chapters for Gav Gendin. After half way, it clicked though and it was a fabulous read. Not sure if my disconnect was because I read this first.

Interesting start

I got hooked and will continue to the next book in the series, so far an interesting read.

The characters were interesting enough and the story was alien enough to be enjoyable to me.

Highly enjoyable

Really loved the characters and the robotic personalities of their helpers. Great action and mystery. Great storyline. Staring the next book immediately.

Good story, narration was dull. almost put me to sleep. just boring. story keep me going.
