Publisher's summary

This book set celebrates the everlasting love for BWWM.

Synopsis for book one, Nursing for Love:

Lydia has had a strange upbringing. Raised by a stripper mother in the green room of the club she works in, Lydia has grown up distrusting men who never seem to stick around. Her mother, a smart businesswoman, saved enough money to buy not one club, but two, and send Lydia to nursing school. Now a successful nurse at a pediatrician's office, Lydia loves her job and her life and is grateful to her mother for her help getting there.

Martin is the handsome father of twin six-year-old girls whose mother deserted them when they were toddlers. He's raised them by himself, with help of his mother, since his wife walked out. When one of the twins falls out of bed in the middle of the night and hits her head, he rushes with her, her sister, and his mother to the ER, where he meets Lydia.

The pair begin a rocky relationship filled with inner demons on both sides. Can their love survive?

Synopsis for book two, Touchdown for Love:

Lindsay Rice is a school teacher who moved to Miami for the beach and sun. But a teacher's salary doesn't cover the cost of living. She takes a job at the Kingfish Club, the professional baseball team's exclusive club for fans with lots of money. Good tips and good times, she enjoys working there.

Always conscientious, she is aware that the waitresses are not allowed to date the customers, so when Samwell Graffton, a man she assumes is a financial advisor of some sort, asks her out, she repeatedly tells him no. Samwell doesn't give up easily, though. There's something about Lindsay that calls to him. Part of that siren call is the fact that she has no idea he's the starting quarterback for the Miami Sharks. She's no groupie, only after his money, and he admires the fact that she works two jobs to make ends meet.

Not sure why a box set

The first story was cute and sweet. The second was just meh. I didn't like the heroine at all.

Decent stories, Needs editing.

The title is a bit misleading. So far only one of the stories is a BWWM romance. There is also a BMWW romance and a HWWM romance. So we aren't off to a great start.

The Editing also needs some serious work. There are also multiple areas where you can tell the narrator faithfully read the double "The The"s it's jarring. The narrator also screwed up several noticeable pronunciations "foul become fowl" turning a new horse into a bird. There are enough of these in the narration that it stops the story dead.

Needed editing

The storyline for each was sweet but definitely could have used a good editor. But a nice distraction for my commute.

Sweetly romantic!

All three stories in this book set were sweet, engaging and romantic. The characters were strong, intelligent and had integrity yet they were also caring and optimistic.

Great compilation

Very concise and brief stories of love that speaks to the desires of the young working adult population. Average narration that was suitable for each story.

Boring

The first story was the only one I could get through in one go, the second story was boring and by the descriptions it was bmww. Overall the box set lacked substance and romance.
