The Plot Thickens

Gleeful Goblin Review: In this next chapter life keeps throwing Raven more curve balls than any one Bloodwitch should have to handle. With Jana's future in the balance old enemies become new allies and current ties are under strain. The action and intrigue keeps ramping up and I can't wait for the next chapter. 5/5 Stars

Foolish and Dead at Forty

The eighth story in the Return of the King/Magical Midlife Death another engaging story in this series. There is drama, danger, suspense, a new evil and a rush to try to save Janna. I can not wait until I can read or listen to the next book. I eenjoyed listening to Katie Hagaman narrate the story.

The king is back

This is book 8 in the Magical Midlife Death series and does end in a cliffhanger. Raven is back and the book picks up where book 7 left off with an attack on Jana her daughter. It is a haunting emotional roller coaster for Raven waiting to see if her daughter will die. I have been invested in this series, and I cannot wait to reach the last book to see Raven get her happy ever after ending. Unfortunately, this is not that book. It has danger, suspense and betrayal that Raven does not see coming.

Great audiobook

Wow this storyline is great I really enjoyed listening to this audiobook it is a great story very well written I very much enjoyed this audiobook a lot.

WOW is all I can say

This series is really gearing up for the final
battle between good and evil.
There’s plenty of action drama romance and
the hint of the war that is coming.
The narrator was brilliant with the way she
brought the book and characters to life.

Foolish and Dead at Forty

This audiobook is Book 8 of “Magical Midlife Death”. Raven’s daughter, Jana, who was bitten by a rogue Lycan, and we find out if she makes it and has control or if she has to be put down. We also learn how low Dimitri will sink in his quest for power. And this story has the characters finally interacting with the lycan king.
The “Magical Midlife Death” is one of my favorite series and being able to listen to it while dusting, sweeping, cooking and washing dishes makes those chores go faster and more pleasantly. I recommend this series. I recommend you start with the first story, “Forever Forty”, as each story builds on the next. This is a wonderful series that is well worth listening to or reading. I am loving it and know you will enjoy every minute of it too!!! I am looking forward to listening to “North of Forty and East of Dead” next!.

Foolish and Dead at Forty: Return of the King

Foolish and Dead at Forty: Return of the King Book 8 of Magical Midlife Death Series by Tia Didmon begins where the last book ended, with Jana hurt and dying and Raven trying to get to her. Katie Hagaman as always does a great job in narrating the story. This book is very sad, very repetitive and not my favorite in this series. I really have been into this series and it's been really, really good and look forward to reading the next book.

So Good

I love listening to this exciting series. Tia Didmon does an excellent job of keeping the listener entertained, and waiting eagerly to see what she has in store for the vampires. As an ancient species arises, forcing the leaders of each species to work together if there is to be any hope of survival. But one leader is not really with them.

Tia Didmon continues to include twist after twist in this story, leaving the listener on the edge of their seats, eager to listen to the next instalment.

The narration is excellent, Katie Hagaman has made these characters her own!

Foolish and Dead at Forty by Tia Didmon is an amazing paranormal woman fantasy. Katie Hagaman did an excellent job with the narration. Foolish and Dead at Forty is the eighth book in Magical Midlife Death series. The story is entertaining, action packed, enjoyable, dramatic, exciting and more. There are many twists and turns that make it interesting. Old enemies are in a delicate balance between becoming allies and staying enemies. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review. Highly recommend.

We pick up were we left off. So much is going on this book. Raven, Rene, Cassara, Constantine, and Jana follow the supernatural world as everything happens. Can anything ever be peaceful? Will Jana learn to exist in more than one world?.
