I am always looking for business opportunities as an entrepreneur. A friend told me about this book.
I was drawn to the fact that the costs were low to start this business, that you are your own boss etc.
This book is filled with information that I liked, how to find the right truck for example, how to stay legal, how to do your marketing, find the right location etc. I highly recommend it.

Objective, food for thought.

S. Durant provided several high level and many specific items a new food truck business needs to consider. The listen adequately covered areas such as inspections, adaptation & menu design and was presented in an engaging manner. Would definitely recommend for anyone considering a food truck.

So, so boring

I'm not the kind of person who can learn from having the same thing repeated 12 different ways 12 different times, I know some people are that way and if you are this book is for you.
