Well organized, extremely informative and beautifully read. I can’t believe it’s free!
.. need to look for the worksheets

Can’t believe this was free!

I'm picturing this book being filled with bulleted lists and headings. It's a very robotic read with little emotion. I found the content too basic and non-committal. The book might make more sense on paper for a quick skim instead of audio or more as a book handed to someone who has zero exposure to what they are dealing with. Those who have already been exposed to ADHD and are looking for different ways to look at it or understand it, move on.

Like having a boring textbook read to you in class
