Man as a dude I like dragons and book 1 caught my attention as I started book 2 I did not think it would get my attention like that but the feeling of love between them warms and filled my heart and soul and not many book romances can do that I can say that book 2 opened my heart and had me cheering for Bren and Donovan, I can’t wait until ruin finds RUIN

Narration is perfect, their voices fit. This dual narrative is my absolute favorite! Love the characters and the story. Very relatable, connecting was easy and you wanted to know everything about them and follow the journey with them. anxiously awaiting the next in the series

Cliffhanger

This was 90% relationship stuff. no ending/closing to the bad guy(s). No fighting some flying. I am disappointed I spent a credit on this. You get to find out more of what happened to FMC thinking it was just this thing and that thing. But other than that, mostly fornication humans and dragons. lol Troy Kept me going and I am actually upset that no bad guys were dismantled or pretty much any other plot point acknowledged. I really liked the first book. I guess I just expected more. So I guess I now wait forever for this 3rd audio release Which is now Shadowborn I thought would maybe go into a different path in same world. But with no closing on any issues but their relationship in this one.... well yeah not a duet in books so much as a duet in audio. someone needs to fix information you get online and just call this a trilogy or series. Thank you Troy for not making my loss of a credit hurt so much.

Very interesting characters

Really enjoyed this book. Loved how the characters grew closer throughout the story and how she overcame a horrible situation.
