I loved the story. Book one was also amazing. Creative story not what I was expecting but it was definitely a good listen 👂 I enjoyed that it felt so real. I really love these brothers!! Great Characters

I have fallen in love with the Callaghan brothers. Abbie is an awesome author. These books have everything I want in a romance. Love, honor, adventure, family, understanding, forgiveness etc...and especially very steamy sex scenes. I have always enjoyed aiden snow as a narrator!

still smiles scattered throughout but probably fewer than before
that said, still 5 stars
it's a Callaghan romance read by aiden hard to get better than that

this is book 2 but they are all stand alone
lexie is the h
she is the head chef at a very high end group of restaurants - the celtic goddess
she has been in love with Ian since she was a freshman
she comes home for her father's funeral and runs into him on the bus
he doesn't recognize her and they have a passionate night that turns into a week
she has a very rare blood disease and, after a run in with her wicked step sister at the fair, ends up on the brink of death
he is then afraid to touch her in case he hurts her again
lots of pain and loneliness later they get it together and have a HEA

I have enjoyed this second installment for the Callaghan Brothers. I love Aiden Snow and I wish to listen to all of his narrations. I didn't expect to love this series bit I do! I know Kayla will have her own story but I don't think I will be listening to that. I just want her disappear.
