I never thought I’d find her.
After eight years in the marines, I’m still looking for the mysterious woman I’ve obsessed over since her first letter. When she shows up in my small town, I’m thrilled.
But when she turns out to be my brother’s best friend--and the girl he’s always loved--I’m caught between the two people who matter to me the most.
I’m a marine, which means honor and duty run deep. Joanna is off-limits. That would be a whole lot easier if she hadn’t already agreed to help run my brother’s fishing guide business for the summer, forcing me to work side-by-side with the woman I’ve fantasized about for years. I try to keep her at a distance, push her away, and man up. But she draws me in without even trying, and I can’t get enough of how she makes me feel. I’m stealing moments with her, and I know it’s wrong. She may not be my brother’s girlfriend, but I know a landmine when I see one.
Author's note: Finding You is a scorching hot interconnected stand-alone small-town romance. It is not a love triangle. Finding You is the first book in the Chikalu Falls series set in the fictional Montana town, Chikalu Falls.

Joanna is a determined woman working in a predominantly man's field. Lincoln is an ex-marine who is finding his place in his hometown.
The way they "meet" is so sweet and moving that you are rooting for them before they've ever even been in the same room together.
I really loved the contrast between the two pairs of siblings' relationships. Lincoln and Finn are getting to know each other again after so many years apart. These brothers, while having a lot in common, are still finding their comfort zone with each other. Meanwhile Joanna and Honey are complete opposites, but their sister bond is strong as steel. Very different relationships but you could feel the love and affection in both.
I can't say enough about what a fantastic job Stephen Dexter and Charlotte North did in narrating this audiobook. A perfect casting job.
This book was a great read with a good amount of spice and just a touch of angst. If you like small-town romance you will enjoy this as much as I did.

I don’t normally gravitate toward Military romance but this one was just fantastic. It was light and fun, but did have the seriousness of PTSD and what Lincoln was going through after returning from war and trying to find low.
The performances were also just fantastic! definitely recommend this audio!!

I fell in love with Lincoln, with his and Joanna’s story. This book gave me all the feels. I smiled, I teared up, and I swooned. Oh and the spice… SO GOOD 😮💨
Finding You is ex-military, brothers best friend, small town perfection and I definitely recommend you read this one.

This is a good small-town romance with interesting side characters (I loved Joanna’s sister, Honey). Lena writes some delicious spice to go with this slightly feely romance. Yup, peeping in the showers never felt so gooooooood!
Charlotte is a new narrator to me, and I enjoyed her performance. She showed us the growth in Joanna and her inner strength. I’ve listened to a few titles by Stephen before and once again he did a good job with Lincoln. We definitely get those alpha protective vibes from him.
I did like that once the third act conflict happened they didn’t just kiss and make up straight away there was longing and work to be done first. This is a story of secret pen pals to lovers, a unique theme for sure.
If you are looking for a small-town romance with feels and some nice spice, look no further.
