Very good book, some holes but very good

So, here is my dilemma. I have listen to the first three books, and I loved the first two. You do have to buy the 3rd and 4th books, (the first two are free with the audible package). The first two books have a lot of romance, they've got a great storyline leading up to a strong connection with the characters, and it makes you really anticipating the third book. However; in the third book be advised that the main character is kidnapped and has little to no interaction with the pack. This book however was really good. The narration was great. There are a lot of times that you kind of question the main character. She was abandoned by her parents, abused as a child, raped, warned throughout her young adult life not to trust anybody, then her aunt (whom she's lived with for a good portion of her life) is brutally killed. However she meets some stranger and completely trusts him at first sight. Enough so that she agrees to go with him to meet a bunch of men she doesn't know a thing about, but agrees to stop at her house and take a shower while he's there and to get primped up for this meeting... There were quite a few events that could have been written a little better, a little bit more believable.

Loved it

This book has been on my wishlist forever and now I am kicking myself for it. I absolutely loved this story and the narration. Cannot wait to start book 2!

So Nasally!!!!

WOW! The narrator has an extremely nasally voice. It drove me crazy. the blood and story were good, I just wish I would not have bought the audio version.

Couldn't put it down

This was a surprise! The story and narrator are both great! I enjoyed every minute of it.

I loved the characters and the narrator! I can't wait to see where the story goes!

Not like the other girls

Wow. So this is a mystery. I can’t decide if this is written by an Incel, or a try hard girlie. The FMC is super not like the other girls. There are exactly two named female characters other than the FMC, one of whom is a dead mother-figure, the other is a mean girl. All other women are either terrible wives/mothers from the male characters backstories or waitresses who just want to sleep with them.

The story starts off not not too badly, with some reasonable paranoia and the FMC trying to find answers about the death of her friend/mother-figure, but devolves into a do nothing of menu planning and giving away her agency. By the end, she’s just blushing, cooking, and legit checking homework for adult males. I’m surprised she didn’t end up bottle feeding them.

It’s set up like it’s going to turn into a RH, but there’s no actual romance in the book, like no spice at all, just compliments and blushing.

To be fair, I will probably listen to another one if it’s free, just to try to figure out whether the author is an Incel or a try hard. At one point she lists her measurements, but, there are no gratuitous descriptions of her nipples, so it’s anyone’s guess.

LOVE

I love this audiobook! The narrator isn’t my favorite but that doesn’t take away from the story.

If Other Girls Meme was an Audiobook

Anna isn't like other girls. She is a super special super rare female werewolf. She doesn't wear heels and she isn't a spoiled selfish brat. The only other women in the book are a paranoid mothering grandma type and a horrible friend. On top of the above mess, Anna blushes at everything. I mean every man. Because like any good reverse harem there are lots of hot men that like Anna and she has no clue! And so the story is squeaky clean, which is a waste of a harem in my opinion.

This is a slow moving story. It's more of a slice of life with lost of time spent doing chores and cooking. Watch as our heroine simultaneously lusts after and mothers college aged twins and blushes her way into the hearts of her pack.

Despite its flaws, dear reader, I was hooked. I could not stop listening even as Anna's increasingly complicated dinner menus left me exhausted merely at the thought of cooking them.

Finally a feel good wolf pack romance! I needed something light hearted and easy to listen to and I wasn’t disappointed!
