Very informative!
Great resource for financing a small business. Some of the info got a bit heavy in parts and needed to digest in smaller portions. If you are interested in acquiring financing for your business and you’re not sure where to start, this is a good start.

a lot more to think of than I realized.
the book showed a lot more in detail than I expected. lot more to raising money's for business and I had thought. especially if you going to try to use stock or crowd funding to do it.
