Great series.

Love this series. Well written and engaging. The couple is well established together and you can feel their love for each other. There is spice and romance. The supporting characters really make this book well rounded and an entertaining listen.

Top of the list. Loved that the characters from All that Lies within blended with the Jay and Kate series. I hope I can find more.

Read all four Kate and Jay books loved them and loved all four audible books also.

Absolutely wonderful story, Not my favorite voice.

The story is lovely, a toss back to being in love back when you dared not let the wrong people find out about it. It was a harsh time to find yourself attracted to the same sex and have that being such a burden to being able to explore it and try to revel in it. The narrator is not horrible at the job, she reads quite clearly and is easily understood. You can tell the characters apart pretty well, and she puts a good amount of emotions and feelings into her words. I simply find her voice harsh to my ears, and that is in no way her fault. By the end of the book, I was able to simply enjoy the story with it's extremes and got used to the voice that brought the story to me.

What happened to Kate's voice? Ms Beresford's narration has been exemplary across the first three books in the series until this book, yet she portrays Kate as a matronly spinster in this book.
it really did spoil it for me. Otherwise, another command performance from author. and narrator both.

I thought this book was fantastic from beginning to end and kept me wanting more and more!

Another great story with Kate and Jay! Lover this book and the entire series! mystery, suspense, Hollywood and more! I laughed many times and it almost brought me to tears a few times. I highly recommend!

International Intrigue and Political Action

A wonderful conclusion to the series. Jay has finally finished her fictional account of the events of the attempted overthrow of the United States government and the aftermath, Then the Collision leaks the classified documents associated with the coup attempt and all hell breaks loose. A thrilling story about strength, courage and determination to defend this country.

A good story

I enjoyed this story but missed the steamy sex scenes that were there in Ames’ previous work.
