another good book from Nikki Sex

it was a great read, Nikki Sex has many good books, I've enjoyed every one so far

I really liked this one!

Nikki writes sexy and interesting stories. I like the characters and plot line. It kept me engaged.
Narration was good too!!

First book great, second meh

First was hot. The second book rehashes the last half of the first book. The exact storyline. I understand that with series, you have to account for new readers that stumble upon later books in the wrong order, but this is wasaaaaay too much - you don’t need hours of rehash. Also the second book, right in the beginning, could have a really a bad PTSD trigger for some people.

narrator's female voice is terrible

i like the narrator until he speaks for the female MC. it was ridiculous and impossible for me to think she was anything but ridiculous herself. ruined the whole book.

More than a five star book

Fate is so much more than a book about kink. It is a true love story. Emily and Paul have been best friends since they were kids. However, now Emily wants to be more than just friends. This is a book of self discovery, forgiveness, some kink, and most of all love. In Kink, Paul and Emily explore their relationship to see if Emily can accept his kinky lifestyle. Both learn so much about themselves and each other.

The Audible book is excellent. The narrator pulls you into the story immediately. His male and female voices are very realistic. I love listening to him.

I received this book in exchange for an honest review. I loved this book, and I was delighted that Andre also appeared in this book. I highly recommend this book.

Fate and Kink: The Duology is a two book series featuring much romance and incredibly hot BDSM sex. Fate focuses on Emily and Paul reconnecting after years apart. Paul was best friends with Emily's brother, and she has always been in love with him. Despite his insistence that she was too much like a little sister and his years away from her, Paul counts Emily as one of the only people in his life that he can trust. Emily decides to rid herself permanently of her obsession with Paul by disguising herself, seducing him into a one-night stand and disappearing back to her life to find somebody to love other than Paul. However, not only is the sex phenomenal, but Paul feels an attachment to this woman that he has never felt and wants to continue their relationship. Eventually, the truth comes out and much conflict results. Fortunately, during the months of emails between Paul and his mystery woman, Emily has grown not only to know how much she doesn't want to be without Paul, but she has grown strong, self-confident and willing to force Paul to confront not only his past but the insecurities that keep him from fighting for their love. Paul doesn't really stand a chance against this strong and loving Emily.

Book two, Kink, focuses mostly on Emily and Paul developing a passionate, loving and trusting relationship. This is mostly handled through intense training by Paul of Emily in the many and varied practices of BDSM. Paul craves control above all else, and Emily loves submitting to him in all ways. Although the sex scenes are prolific and detailed, underlying them is the building of a relationship that is mutually satisfying for both Emily and Paul. Emily helps Paul overcome all his deepest fears, and Paul helps Emily to further grow in self-confidence. Sprinkled throughout this BDSM training is some family drama and a bit of mystery and suspense. I think my favorite scene of the entire series is when Paul knows that he must make a grand gesture to prove his complete and lasting faithfulness to Emily, and what a gesture it is! Overall, for fans of the BDSM genre, this is a wonderfully entertaining series.

Guillaume Dubois's narration is excellent. He handles both the male and the female characters equally well, and he has a beautiful French accent. Other than a few mispronounced words that disrupted the flow of the story, his narration was very smooth and enjoyable.

Hot Hot Hot!!

This book gave me a new outlook on BDSM, and I love it!! I enjoyed the build up of love and respect between the H/h. The sex scenes had me fanning myself at times. This series was awesome!! Highly recommend it! #audiobookobsession

Wow

I truly cannot find the words to describe this duology. It was so amazing and that transition between the books wow. I really really enjoyed this. The characters and story were so well developed. Nikki Sex did an awesome job on this story. And Guillaume Dubois did such an amazing job with the narration. Again wow. Seriously you need to listen to this. This is now one of my favorite audiobooks.

Hot and steamy story with great narration

This story was deliciously hot and I enjoyed listening to it. Emily decided to do whatever it takes to be with a man she loves, and Paul could not resist her kinky advances. I liked both main characters and enjoyed every appearance of Andre in the story. Narrator did a great job, he made this story a perfect listening experience with his sexy smooth voice. This was my first book by this author and narrator, and I am looking forward to more books created by this talented team.

Two great stories, no one does BDSM quite like Nikki Sex. Her storylines are interesting and her BDSM scenes are kinky and hot! “Fate” starts off with Emily’s plan to get Paul out of her system. She has been crushing on him forever but he will only see her as a younger sister. In disguise using a different name, Candy, she meets him at a club in Cabo and they click right away. The chemistry between the two is volcanic and while Paul held back his Dom side he wanted more than vanilla with Candy. Surprising Emily and throwing a curveball in her plan to get him out of her system he wants more. She returns home and they keep in touch via email. Curious to learn more about submission and pain/pleasure she joins a fetish club called The Basement and she is hooked up with Andre Chevalier for lessons. Swoon worthy Andre takes Emily under his wings, he is a great listener and the perfect person for Emily as she explores the BDSM world. Emily also keeps in tough with Paul via email and when his father, Emily’s boss, is hospitalized he returns home to help run the business. Paul is still clueless that Emily and Candy are the same person, but that soon comes to a head and it does not go well for Emily. She is set to move on but Paul realizes he has feelings for Emily and wants her. The second book in this Duology “Kink” lives up to its name. Paul brings Emily into his BDSM world and she becomes his submissive. Lots of other drama going on as well, family drama, drama in the store, some twists and a bit of suspense when danger looms for Emily and/or Paul. And with a turn of events Paul wants more but Emily is not sure if she could commit, she is having trust issues, will he return back to his player days. Nikki Sex, thank you for these great stories, I thoroughly enjoyed both, loved the quotes you included at the top of each chapter too.

I listened to the Audible edition, Guillaume Dubois is an awesome narrator and voice performer. He brings the characters to life, gives each their own voice, personality and attitude. He does a great job with the accents too. He is an entertaining storyteller and a pleasure to listen to. Thanks for a great listen🎧
