Fun read!!

Sarah's story continues in this second installment, and her life has not gotten any easier as a vampire! Just as cute as the first book, I thoroughly enjoyed this story! Humor, mystery, and suspense made for a great read!
The audio narration is very well done. Looking forward to more!

Fanged, fabulous and fantastic

This book was so good and I completely devoured it. Loved the banter among the characters and the storyline and characters was a five star for me. Looking forward to more books by Michelle.

Imaginative

This is the first book I've listened to or read by this author. The story was creative and well-written. The narration is good.

Brilliantly Moving, and Hysterically Funny!

I loved book one, “Bitten and Smitten”! I could not wait for THIS one to come out in audio, and believe me, I was NOT disappointed! Immortality Bites, Book 2, “Fanged and Fabulous” is fascinating, exciting, fresh, and deliciously different! This story, THIS brilliantly moving, yet hysterically funny story, is absolutely FILLED with delightful characters and twisty surprises! This story beautifully walks the line between deep emotion, mystery, suspense, and laugh out loud humor, with the author balancing all of these elements beautifully, and most importantly, knowing just when to break the tension with mirth! I loved the delightful “edge of your seat” tension (no spoilers) that lasted just long enough to be effective, thereby enhancing the story perfectly, AND making me really squirm on the that edge with worry over the characters I’d come to care about, (no spoilers) before I was able to breathe again, when relief came with resolution! As good as this plot was, and it was delightfully FANTASTIC, my favorite part of this story, was the characters! I LOVE that not only are the characters from book one back, they’re joined by some delightfully imaginative newbie’s! No spoilers! Listen and prepare to be delighted! Speaking of listening … Fabulously emotive, clear and consistent narration kept me firmly in the moment and deeply immersed in the story at all times! The voicing choices and emotional vocal intonations leave no doubt as to is speaking, or the emotional mindset of the character, truly breathing life into the authors vision! This really was a perfect listen, and I enjoyed every single funny, engaging, emotional, second! Five smilingly perfect stars because I can’t award ten!

Funny!

These books are filled with funny characters and hijinks galore. It's a cozy mystery as much as blood sucking vampires being hunted by vampire slayers can be called cozy. There is also a touch of clean romance throughout.

Hilariously perfect

This series gets better with each book. I am totally invested in these characters and their journey. The secondary characters are engaging and interesting. Sarah has some choices to make, some growth and finding who to trust and love. Gotta love her style and attitude. The humor is top notch. These two narrators are perfect for this entertaining fun story. They brought it to another level and added depth to an intriguing storyline. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving my honest opinion. The narrators did a fantastic job bringing the characters and story to life.

Cute, Fun, and Witty

This continues to be a fun series. Sarah has now earned herself a reputation as a vampire, being named the "Slayer of Slayers." Sarah continues to navigate her life as a vampire, including her love life. The story remains suspenseful, and Michelle Rowen somehow maintains her witty and humorous writing through all the perils that Sarah faces.

The narration from Lillian Yves and Vincent Lee Grayson remains expressive, immersive, and consistent. Overall, this is a seamless advancement of the series.

Not to give any spoilers, but I am very pleased with the Spider Man reference, as well as Barkley, uh, "coming to life" as a character. 😆
