The moment Chloe Girard walked into my life, she exposed secrets and emotions I always thought were best kept buried. She wants to move on, to ignore the past. But I can't do that. Not when she still suffers, and not when the man who hurt her remains unscathed. So when I discover the perfect opportunity to make him pay for what he did to Chloe, I can't walk away, no matter the consequences.

But there's a fine line between justice and obsession. As I turn up old crimes and new lies, I know that I'm playing with fire - and risking the very foundations of our relationship. My love for Chloe is absolute. I just hope it's enough to save us both.

Contains mature themes.

Loved the three books, I did not like the way Brandon died. Wanted him to go to prison

Great ending to the story of Ethan and Chloe, or should I say new beginning.

Loved it

Ok first all I genuinely loved this book. but the narrator is all wrong. I normally would never comment on the voice of the narrator but I can't not explain. Her voice added with the lines makes Chloe's character sound like a naive whiny little girl. It literally made me skip through a lot of her lines because I was getting really aggravated, yelling out as I was listening to it like I'm a total loone. Chloe as a overall person is aggravating, and no one as massive a person like Ethan would ever deal with how middle school Chloe acts constantly jumping to the worst conclusions as she does.

ETHAN FROST SERIES

I loved this book. It’s my favorite out of the series. Chloe and Ethan are so good together when they figure things out together. I was so happy about what happens with the two of them. The ending was perfect!

Amazing! So perfect!

I liked this series, but I have issues with some things. First, the interns at work…this was a story arc that started but wasn’t completed. Second, Tori…there were so many things that happened that were definitely best friend needs to be part of this, but wasn’t. How can it be a true best friend if they really don’t know anything about each other? They can’t. When Tori found out about the rape…that should have been an entire scene between the two of them. Third, her entire family situation…other than Miles, it was never addressed. I’m mean her mother calling was mentioned several times in the first book, then nothing about her ever again.

I did love when Chloe finally dug into the relationship. She fought instead of fled. Despite that, I had difficulty connecting to the two of them. It wasn’t a problem in the first book, but because more of a problem as the story progressed. I think that is why the smexy times didn’t pack much of a punch.

I am not a fan of single narration, but she did an excellent job with all of the characters.

I liked it but…
