The ultimate playbook to grow your startup to 100 million users

How does a startup with little funding grow to 100 million users? Cliff Lerner's online dating startup was running out of money when he bet the company's fortunes on a then unknown platform called Facebook. The app achieved explosive growth, and, soon after, the stock price skyrocketed 2,000 percent, setting off an extraordinary chain of events filled with sudden success and painful lessons.

Explosive Growth is a business book like no other. This compelling and inspiring narrative gives you a step-by-step play to achieve explosive growth and combines lively and often hilarious storytelling, proven tactics, and case studies to help your startup grow.

Learn how to:

  • Ignite explosive growth by creating a remarkable product
  • Identify the only 3 metrics that matter
  • Explore valuable viral growth strategies
  • Execute the genius media hacks that helped us acquire 100 million users
  • Create a thriving culture with constant innovation

The tactics that helped us succeed are all here including insights as to how companies such as Facebook, Twitter, Apple, Bumble, Tinder, and Dropbox achieved explosive growth. Lerner uses case studies to describe how he applied the teachings from top actionable business books including The Lean Startup, The Innovator’s Dilemma, Contagious, Zero to One, Made to Stick, The One Thing, and Good to Great to help him achieve explosive growth and how you can do the same for your startup.

This audiobook is ideal for entrepreneurs, marketing experts, startups, and CEOs looking to grow their business to millions of users.

Critic Reviews

"Brilliantly crafted Explosive Growth is essential reading for every entrepreneur and leader seeking innovative solutions for their industry." (Keri Douglas, 9MuseNews.com)

"This is a great book to read. Some of the business books are a bit of a chore to read, this was one that we looked forward to reading. It is painfully honest at times, and rather than falling for the hindsight bias, that if he is successful now then surely every decision he made before was awesome. Instead he looks hard at what he did, and did not do right. It makes for a much better, much more compelling read." (Simon Cocking, Irish Tech News)

Great read

Narrator was great, and there was a lot of interesting, useful information. Definitely recommend reading, though paying $18 for the Audio book may be a bit of a stretch. $2 on Kindle is a much better price if you're into actual reading, as well.

A tool that can help you start a new Business

This is an interesting Book but a Tool among many others that are needed to
succeed in a new Business.Although its insights are not Earth shaking they can be useful to those who either want to start a new Business or those who need ideas that can expand an existing Company.

Great primer on business strategy

This is a great book on the founding and growth of a new company. It's quite the journey, and I think it informs you of the risks and rewards of launching your own startup.

It was a great listen during my commute, and I look forward to applying these lessons in my own life.

I expected to learn more about the secret sauce... To me, this book is good, but not eye opening.

Great book. Informative. Loads of stories.

Great speaker. Great stories. Very few authors would give this much info in one book. I'm thoroughly impressed. The writer seems a upstanding entrepreneur. He gave credit where due. I like him even as a person.

A guidebook to viral marketing

Cliff Lerner is a fantastic story teller but also shares great insights on viral marketing, using data stories and leveraging network effects. I can’t wait to read some of the other books he mentioned.
