Beautiful information

This book is very thorough. I appreciate the in-depth explanations on the major and minor arcana. I also appreciate the connections to the kabbala and to certain words in Hebrew. It's good for the beginner/intermediate student.

Useful tips

Lots of great info and guideline for anyone and goes beyond with nutrition and food. I got this book for my sister who's on her first pregnancy and she loves to follow this book too. This book not only gave an overview of what to expect an maintain in pregnancy, but also the guideline break down to where the current situation is.

Enjoyed listening

I really enjoyed listening this book! It has a lot of great information AND it is written in a way that is easy to understand and apply. The recap sections are great at summarizing the chapters and will be helpful to use as quick references/guides for quick refreshers! I would recommend this book to anyone looking to understand more about healthy habits in pregnancy!

Great Book

I love how the author will give you evidence to support things we've always been told, and if there is something with differing opinions she presents both sides. It's an easy listen, but still evidence based. I can't wait for her next book to come out next month! Just in time for me to listen it before the baby gets here!

This book is ideal for anyone considering pregnancy, currently pregnant, or post-partum. It is full of helpful, easy to understand tips to help alleviate pain, reduce complications, and fully enjoy one’s pregnancy journey. The anatomical and pathological illustrations were especially helpful in describing the pelvic floor and related pathologies. I’ll certainly be sharing this book with friends!

This is my first pregnancy and I was looking for a useful resource to Expecting Better Guidebook. It is a great listen for anyone who wants to listen secrets of a healthy pregnancy. This book is so popular, Love this book so much. It's easy to understands even.

Decent Book

The author uses modern studies and statistics, as well as her own experience, to discuss a mysterious process for most women: pregnancy and childbirth. More light does need to be shined on this subject, and all the myth around it.

It's really outstanding book. Comparing this book with other book it will be foolish, because you can find the exact information in this book, I'm pretty sure that you will not find any book like this one , It will be very difficult. I took a decent arrangement of fascinating data. I highly recommend this book

Very Effective

Pregnancy absolutely needed this book and I recommend it to my patients all the time. The depth of study and ease of listening are both brilliant. Life is about risk and having all the information is key and this book does just that.
