Extraordinary Tune!!

I purchased this book for my daughter and I found myself listening it as well every time I visit her. My daughter absolutely loves the book. It is easy to listen, with lots of pictures and photos and tons of really helpful information on the latest technologies in prenatal care and childbirth.

Well listen

The layout of the book is good, including topic-based and month-based. It includes many good resources, especially the calendar for things to do and another calendar to calculate pregnancy weeks.

Better Book

This is the closest thing you’ll find to a “handbook” on pregnancy. I’m a first time mom and found this book incredibly useful in understanding what my body was going through and how my baby was developing month by month. It’s straightforward information from actual doctors, written in easily digestible chapters. There’s no judgment or opinions in here; they present information on multiple options from feeding to delivery method, etc. I highly recommend this book for anyone who is looking for the facts vs. some cutesy pregnancy book. I also purchased the other Mayo Clinic book “Your Baby's First Year” and found that to be a nice continuation of what I learned in this one. Buy them both.

Amazing Tune

I listen Clarita Wisdom pregnancy book at first, and thought it was more about the principles and general idea of being pregnant. And then I read this book from Mayo Clinic. It is very detailed and handy, I can follow its steps right away, which is an advantage to Clarita Wisdom book for me. One of my friends' OB suggests her to follow Clarita Wisdom methods during pregnancy. Really happy that I found and listen this book, already recommended to all of my perspective mom friends.

Great pregnancy book!

Great pregnancy book! It has a ton of information, but isn’t too overwhelming. I love how things are broken out, as well as some the images and tables provided. It’s also written in a way that’s straightforward but doesn’t make me feel like I’m made of glass or going to severely hurt my baby if I leave the house lol.

Fantastic!!

I debated whether or not to buy the "What to Expect While You're Expecting" series and I am glad I did further research and found the Clarita Wisdom Guide... This is a scientifically sound text that will answer ALL of your pregnancy needs & then some. I highly recommend it to all expectant mamas!!

It was just updated and covers the most recent birthing options, exercises, lactation options, and labor education. I am listening with my first pregnancy. This book makes be feel better prepared and not as scared of what is to come.

Healthy guide

My friend is pregnant, we got this book for general knowledge and that is exactly what it is. It's a perfect go-to book when we have questions. For all you pregnant women, please do not Google symptoms and questions. Invest in a good book like this one for your answers. It's worth it and your child will appreciate it in the future :)

Very helpful and informative

Very helpful and informative book for those planning to become pregnant or already pregnant. Mostly everything you need to know is in this book. It tracks your pregnancy week by week and discusses common symptoms during pregnancy, as well as pregnancy complications. It also has a section about postpartum and the newborn. Overall, it is a great reference and I highly recommend it.

Perfect Guidebook

I love this book! Written by the experts, this book is more informative than "What to Expect When You Are Expecting". I listen both books during my pregnancy. Once my son was born, I listen "The Mayo Clinic's Guide to Your Baby's First Year", which was also very informative. I recommend anything written by the Mayo Clinic or the American Academy of Pediatrics. You can also find helpful information online...just search Mayo Clinic and the topic you are wondering about.

Healthy Guide

A couple close to me have just began their journey of pregnancy and are first timers, so we got this book to show them the basics, what to look out for and what to expect. So far it's gone great and they really liked what the book had to say, they have actually already recommended it to other expecting parents who they know.

Best Resource

After researching best pregnancy books and talking with friends that are moms, I chose this book. It breaks down each week in an easy-to-listen paragraph. I love that it gives you exercises to practice throughout your pregnancy as well. This book has given me a lot of confidence throughout my pregnancy since I have an idea of what to expect each week.

Helpful tune

Bought this for a young, clueless coworker. She is listening it (thank god) and starting to understand what the hell is about to happen to her body. Very informative and way better than "What to expect.." Now if I could only figure out how to stop getting friggin' pregnancy ads because I bought this.
