This collection contains the short stories "The Walk" (about a father who gets tired of his daughter's attitude and decides to teach her a lesson. Who teaches whom?), "Siouxwood" (a frightening look at a man altered by prescription drugs and the supernatural and how he finds himself involved with an average Midwestern family), "Special Needs" (an autistic adult finds himself in a cornfield accused of a serial killing but he isn't what he seems), "Citadel1970" (Hollyn Tombstone takes action after her husband is killed and the world around her changes for the worse. It's her way because you don't want to be on her bad side) and "Larry" (the story of a husband and wife who begin having strange encounters with bats and eight legged creepers).
