Welch’s insights into the book of Ether expanded my understanding of the whole Book of Mormon. She ties together scripture, divine power, and what restoration looks like on individual and cosmic scales. I found new ways of thinking about the material in every single subsection. Excellent work. And it’s a pleasure to read—Welch’s prose is clear and savvy throughout.
